Based in Franklin, Tennessee, Mark works closely with the executive leadership team to guide decision‑making, align teams around shared goals, and ensure the organization continues to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. Known for his collaborative, people‑centered leadership style, Mark is deeply involved in shaping the culture, governance, and strategic direction of the firm as it grows with purpose and clarity

Darian Rogers is the Partner and CFO at Provisions Group, a leading technology and consulting firm known for its innovative solutions and deep expertise across IT and business services. With a focus on delivering tailored, scalable strategies, Provisions Group partners with organizations to drive growth and transformation through marketing and technology. Prior to joining Provisions Group, Darian held leadership roles as Principal at Resource Partners and Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, gaining valuable experience in financial strategy and business operations. Darian holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from Brigham Young University, bringing a strong financial foundation to Provisions Group’s mission of empowering clients to navigate complex technology challenges with ease.
