With a career built at the intersection of healthcare strategy and technology, Chad brings a powerhouse resume. He has held influential executive roles including Vice President of Professional Services at Healthcare Management, Vice President of Growth at Medical Advantage, and Director of Practice Health at Aledade. Notably, Chad led through two major acquisitions: the successful sale of Healthcare Management to The Doctors Company in 2015 and the 2024 acquisition of Medical Advantage by Aledade, significantly expanding the organization’s ambulatory care footprint.

His career began elbow-to-elbow with clinicians with frontline implementation of Nuance’s Dragon Medically Speaking, where he built lasting partnerships in professional services, co-selling, and product innovation—giving him a 360-degree understanding of the digital healthcare landscape. Chad collaborated with cross-functional teams to successfully launch a range of impactful initiatives, including Market Intelligence Analytics, Healthcare Dashboards, HIPAA Compliance solutions, MIPS Consulting services, and several other high-value programs.
As Vice President, Chad will lead a mission-critical portfolio of services designed to help healthcare organizations adapt, evolve, and thrive in an era where AI, automation, and interoperability are redefining what’s possible in care delivery.
