Program Framework & Tiers

The Partner Program offers progressive participation levels to match partner capabilities and growth goals. All partners begin as Ambassadors under the MPA, with eligibility to advance through certification and performance milestones with an execution of an Authorized Product Addendum.

  • Ambassador
    Referral-only partner introducing qualified leads.
  • Ambassador Sales Agent
    Owns the full sales cycle for Authorized Products either relying on Provisions Group for implementation and professional services or, based on certification, providing directly to the end-client.
  • Ambassador Reseller
    Manages contracting, client relationships, and professional services related to Authorized Products.

Participation & Requirements

Participation in the Partner Program requires execution of the Provisions Group Master Partner Agreement (MPA) and completion of onboarding via the Partner Portal. The Portal hosts the official Compensation Schedule, Addenda, and Authorized Product listings with requirements for each program tier. Partners must maintain active certification and insurance coverage per the MPA.
