The Challenge: Marketing Materials Could Not Keep up With Growth
Guardian Tax Consultants grew by providing highly-specialized services to a niche market of business leaders. They developed a unique MSO strategy for business owners and were growing through referrals from satisfied customers. Their founder had a full slide deck and numerous case studies showing their process and services, but it had grown highly-technical and less usable as a marketing material. We'd been working with the Guardian Team for several years in various IT capacities, and as they expanded further, they sought out our marketing and design expertise.

We needed to create a clear marketing strategy to help the client expand into this new territory.
The Solution
We first met with the Guardian Team to review their MSO processes and documents, and looked at their business model to determine the client type who would most benefit from their services. This necessitated diving deeper into their brand and marketing.
Since the tax strategy portion of their business had increased so much, we suggested updating their url to incorporate “tax consultants.” Then, we consolidated 60+ pages of notes and slides into concise, public-facing messaging. We did full-market SEO research, overhauled their site with new content, and updated information across their Google profile. Their new, SEO-ready site was now ideal for paid marketing ads—and further growth.
