The Challenge: Disorganized & Time-Consuming Reporting
Financial Marketing Solutions (FMS) is a specialized branding and marketing agency for community banks across the U.S. With a focus on helping banks differentiate themselves, build sustainable relationships, and become successful brands, FMS handles campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and streaming services such as Pandora and Spotify.
Managing so many platforms and manually compiling the related data posed a significant challenge, however. The FMS team spent countless hours each month gathering and organizing data for their clients, making it difficult to not only provide fast and efficient insights, but to have time to expeditiously act on them, as well. The existing system was clunky and inefficient, and prevented FMS from delivering the timely, actionable reports their clients needed to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
Our Goal
Our goal was to create an automated, centralized dashboard using Zoho that could aggregate data from all digital marketing platforms. This would streamline FMS’s reporting process to not only offer campaign performance data in near real-time—but allow them to more efficiently offer clients informed insights and advisory services, as well.
The Solution
Our team partnered with FMS to build a customized Zoho dashboard that automated the aggregation of marketing data from multiple sources, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, streaming services, and traditional media channels. The dashboard minimized the need for manual data entry by seamlessly integrating these platforms, which provided real-time updates and reduced reporting time.
We designed the interface to be intuitive and user-friendly, allowing FMS to efficiently view campaign performance data in one place, enabling them to make quick, data-driven decisions and optimize strategies more efficiently.
In addition to implementing the dashboard, Provisions Group provided comprehensive training for FMS’s team. We acted as a research and support resource, helping their team gain the skills necessary to manage and interpret the data effectively. This training empowered FMS to go beyond surface-level metrics, enabling them to define KPIs with clients and evaluate campaign success based on deeper, more meaningful insights.
The Results
The customized Zoho dashboard transformed FMS’s approach to reporting, enabling them to provide clients with visibly streamlined data, allowing for easy viewing and management in one place. FMS was able to cut reporting time by nearly 75%, leaving more time for consulting and advisory services. The time savings could also allow for faster pivots and responses to campaign performance.
The automated system also allows FMS to serve their clients in more personal, meaningful ways not only through a more efficient onboarding process, but by giving them access to their own customized platforms. Clients can have the ability to log in, view their campaign data, and make informed decisions, demonstrating FMS’s commitment to transparency and value.
