Provisions Group Welcomes New Team Members

Provisions Group continues to grow and expand its IT consulting and staffing practice.  We know that all quality businesses are created and sustained by the people work in it each and every day.  Our mission is and has always been to help people "win at work" and that includes our employees.  We're excited to welcome our new team members to the firm.

Brian Hamblen, Sr. UI/UX Designer

Brian is originally from Jackson, Tennessee and brings 20 years of design, UX/UI experience working in agencies. He owned his own agency for nearly 10 years. He and his wife Katie are raising twins, Oliver and Rowan. Brian enjoys gardening, fine art and tennis. Tennis is a passion for him and he attended college on a tennis scholarship and still plays regularly.

Fun fact: His tennis team dominates the Nashville 4.5 scene and they have won the Nashville and state championships multiple times. Some are calling it a dynasty.

Rena Puschmann, Payroll Manager

Rena is a Nashville Unicorn - born and raised here. Rena moved to Michigan about 2.5 years after getting married before returning to Nashville. Her husband Eric is a pastor of a church in Antioch. This August they will celebrate 18 years of marriage and we have 3 kids – Jovie (13), Mia (11), and Seth (6).

For fun she enjoys vacations in the Smoky Mountains, and she may even be there when you are reading this!

Lucas Wilson, Solutions Associate

Lucas joins us in a new role and will be our bridge between marketing efforts and striving to qualify leads for sales. He is a Franklin, TN native who is passionate about people! He is all in on Enneagram & Myers-Briggs is a Type 7w8 & ENFP. If you need to decode this, just ask him.

Lucas is engaged and is getting married to his fiancé, Sierra, in September of 2021. When he is not planning his wedding, you might find him knee-deep in a smallmouth stream, playing guitar & songwriting, cooking, or doing anything outdoors. He has recently taken up tennis.

Colin Ariel, Front End Developer

Colin currently lives in Franklin with his wife and twin boys. He enjoys all thing Medieval, Theology, epic adventures, reading an enjoyable book and is an expert on all thing's coffee. Not kidding, he is an expert.

After serving 4 years in the US Air Force, he attended the Nashville Software School with a certificate in Front-End Web Development and UI/UX Design.

Fun facts: Colin worked as a Knight at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Schaumburg, IL in 2007. He also played collegiate baseball.

Anthony Kritikos

Sr. Systems and Network Administrator

Anthony will be partnering with Aaron and Ron on all thing's infrastructure, network, and cloud. Anthony has been working with us already as a vBench contractor and joined us full-time as of June 14th. Ron Maynard and Anthony worked together previously at Preferred Risk Insurance back in Chicago, and they are excited to once again be working together.

Anthony’s family recently relocated from Chicago Land to the Pensacola area and will be supporting our teams and customers remotely. Anthony enjoys time with his wife and 3 children, swimming, hanging with friends, grilling, and smoking, and Bourbon. He is committed to visiting Nashville, learning some of its history and indulging in BBQ!

Keannya Gaines
Payroll Assistant

Keannya is another Nashville native to join Provisions Group. She has a wide array of interests and enjoys learning about different cultures, an assortment of water activities and enjoys the beach and the being by the ocean. She is a mother of one daughter and 2 fur babies. You will have to ask her about that! As for travel, she is looking forward to a tropical drink and the beach.
