Meet the Leadership Team

Mark Freeman

Founder, Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Mark’s deep roots in providing staffing and recruiting services for Fortune 500 companies provided the inspiration and vision to start Provisions Group. Building a company more focused on the value of building relationships and the understanding that, “people are the key to solving technology problems,” is what inspired Mark to establish Provisions Group LLC.

Mark leads the Provisions Group executive team and is actively involved in day to day operations and strategic development. He’s an Ironman Triathlete and Ultra Trail Runner. Mark received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Winning for us is finding joy in helping others win in the marketplace. As a company and as individuals, our goal is to help lots and lots of people.

Darian Rogers

Partner and Chief Financial Officer

Beginning his career in accounting, Darian joined the audit division of Deloitte. His entrepreneurial aspirations soon lead him to a Fortune 500 staffing and recruiting company where he took on a role in business development. It was there that he first met Mark Freeman. After a short time, Darian established his own consulting company focusing on internal audit and accounting services for the SMB market.

A few years later, he and Mark Freeman re-connected and in 2008, they formed Provisions Group LLC. Today, Darian oversees the operations and finance teams at Provisions Group. He’s a licensed CPA and a member of the Tennessee Society of CPA’s. He earned his Master’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1995.

We’ve purposely set out to be different than the “big box” consulting companies. We're focused on people. Plus we have our own in-house IT consulting and development staff so we can meet almost any client's timelines and requirements.
