To qualify, this needs to be a warm lead to a personal acquaintance that has significant influence in IT procurement for their company.

The initial referral needs to be completed by the end of December to qualify.

Step 1: Refer an IT buyer, decision-maker, or hiring manager to Chad Nikazy or the associated account manager.

*This step must be completed by the end of December to qualify.

Step 2: Add $150 more per call that results in presenting a candidate with a formal job offer, an SOW for professional services, or a CIT proposal.

Step 3: Receive an additional $250 per prospect who signs.

*If you get three prospects to sign, you will earn a total of $1,500.
