Franklin, TN – April 21, 2025 — Provisions Group, a leading technology, marketing, and staffing firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jodie Sinclair as Executive Vice President of Healthcare Growth and Strategy. With over two decades of experience in healthcare technology and consulting, Sinclair will lead strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s impact in the healthcare sector.
“Jodie’s leadership and deep understanding of the healthcare landscape make her an incredible asset to our team,” said Mark Freeman, Partner at Provisions Group. “Her passion for innovation and her alignment with our mission and values will further strengthen the value we bring to healthcare organizations navigating digital transformation.”
Sinclair brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and results. Her career includes executive roles such as Founder and President of SEI Consulting & SEI Partners, Vice President of Professional Services and Ambulatory Solutions at DeliverHealth, and President and CEO of MIST, Inc. Her leadership at MIST culminated in its successful acquisition by DeliverHealth in 2021, expanding its presence in the ambulatory healthcare market.
At Provisions Group, Sinclair will lead with a clear philosophy: that technology must serve the provider, not vice versa.
“This team has the expertise and vision to ensure technology is applied thoughtfully and strategically—not through a plug-and-play approach, but with an understanding of how change affects people and processes across the organization,” said Sinclair.
Her background includes extensive work with major EHR platforms such as NextGen Enterprise and athenahealth, as well as a long-standing partnership with Nuance Healthcare that began in 2007. “We held a unique and collaborative partnership with Nuance for 14+ years, spanning professional services, co-selling, reselling, and alpha/beta testing. Over time, our ambulatory work naturally extended into inpatient systems like MEDITECH, Cerner, Epic, and McKesson (now Harris),” she added.
Sinclair’s approach centers on taking a 360-degree view of each client, emphasizing adoption, minimizing change management friction, and ensuring sustainable results. “I’m incredibly excited to lead this talented team as we expand our offerings, strengthen existing partnerships, and build new ones,” she said.
Her appointment comes at a time of significant transformation in healthcare IT. As artificial intelligence (AI) takes on a more significant role, Sinclair remains focused on preserving what matters most: the provider-patient relationship.
“Technology should work for the provider—not the other way around,” Sinclair emphasized. “It starts with listening—understanding client needs and designing solutions supporting direct and indirect workflows. At Provisions Group, we’ll look to harness the power of AI to enhance care, not disrupt it.”
Sinclair’s relationship with Provisions Group has grown steadily in recent months, culminating in this strategic leadership role. Her appointment marks a continued commitment by the firm to support healthcare organizations in optimizing operations, embracing emerging technologies, and improving outcomes across the board.
“I’m honored to officially join the team at such a transformative time in healthcare IT,” Sinclair said. “Provisions Group is uniquely positioned to drive meaningful change across the industry, and I’m excited to be part of that journey.”
In her new role, Sinclair will lead national growth initiatives, build high-impact partnerships, and guide the delivery of tailored technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare clients.
