Highlights of the position:
Primary responsibilities for the position are:
-Required: 5 years working within the IEEE 802.11 WiFi industry
-Active participation in configuration, site survey, troubleshooting and implementation of a broad range of projects in scope and size.
-Experience working with various switching infrastructure implementing 802.1Q VLAN configurations to support the WiFi network. Cisco, and other carrier class switching experience.
-Experience with routing topologies, subnetting, interior gateway protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, static) is preferred to implement full featured systems with NAT, DHCP, VLSM addressing.
-The qualified candidate will be experienced with command line (serial connection) configuration within devices with strong ability to navigate Cisco IOS.
-Experienced working with multiple site survey methodologies and testing equipment including Fluke or other testing devices and interfaces.
-Able to read heat maps and survey reports as well as generate each as necessary utilizing provided site survey tools.
